As a 36-year veteran of the PEO Industry, LJ Roberts has served as a Sales Manager, VP of Sales, Chief Operations Officer, Broker, CEO and Owner. LJ possesses unique knowledge and awareness of the PEO industry’s history and current environment. He takes great pride in the Roberts family being one of the first “Three Generation PEO Operators”, which includes his father, two brothers, and his son. Today, LJ serves as the Division President of the LL Roberts Group, a Vensure Employer Solutions Company, and as a member of the PACE Board of Directors. His core business belief is that “to be truly successful within the PEO business you need a servant’s heart.”
