Tom Jacobs, J.D., MBA, is a Principal of The PEO Auxiliary, a TPA offering pre-tax employee benefits, COBRA and ERISA Compliance services to PEOS and targeted industries. Formerly a Litigation Attorney, he shifted to business by founding a PEO in Madison, WI, and also a Third Party Administration firm, eflexgroup, handling FSAs, HSAs and COBRA. He has been involved in the PEO Industry for over 31 years, but is really a jazz drummer who holds degrees in Economics, Law, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. He resides in Madison Wisconsin with his family that includes 7 grandchildren.
