Former US Congressman, Texas State Senator, and author Hon. Bill Sarpalius is President and CEO of Advantage Associates International, a respected, bipartisan lobby firm made up of Former Members of Congress, specializing in helping clients with governmental, political, and international affairs. They are experts in the Congressional process. Bill has represented and promoted PACE before the US Congress and administration for 20+ years. Mr. Sarpalius is an American success story. At age 10, his father abandoned Bill and his two younger brothers. They lived in vacant houses and begged for food. They were sent to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch near Amarillo, Texas. At the age of 13, Mr. Sarpalius was in the fifth grade and could not read. Through hard work and perseverance, he took advantage of the American dream and became a success. First elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1988, Congressman Bill Sarpalius represented the thirteenth Congressional District, in Texas, for six years. Prior to his election to Congress, Congressman Sarpalius served eight years as a Texas State Senator.
