Speakers / Kerri Hawley

Kerri Hawley has been the licensing attorney at the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs since September 2019. She manages the legal issues that arise with the Department’s licensing statutes, and assists the license examiners in the licensing process. The Department licenses more than 15 industries, one of which is PEOs. Before coming to the Department, Kerri worked in private practice in Washington, DC. Kerri received her J.D. from Louisiana State University, and her Bachelors from the University of Virginia.
