Kim Egginton has worked for decades in the PEO industry, starting as VP of Marketing and Sales for Staffing Services in Los Angeles, CA, with “the Father of Employee Leasing,” T Joe Willey. When T Joe started PayPlus Software, Kim had the same role there. After a hiatus as a music and video producer, she returned “back home” to the PEO world as CEO of PACE, making sure PACE has great value for all its members. She is passionate about the PEO industry, a follower of Jesus Christ, and gratefully counts herself very rich with a great job, the best family in the world, and great friends.
