Tim Bourdeau is the owner of PEO Depot, a technology-driven PEO MGA brokerage firm based in Clearwater, Florida. As a former owner of a PEO and with over 30 years experience in the insurance industry specializing in the PEO space, Tim brings deep expertise and a forward-thinking approach to matching businesses with the right PEO solution. He is also a proud former member of the U.S. Marine Corps. Tim developed PEO Depot’s proprietary “matchmaking” software to help consultants and businesses efficiently identify and align with the PEO partners best suited to their needs—creating stronger, long-term relationships.
